In 1941 , two aspiring entrepreneurs Abdur Rauf and Aziz Ahmed Arsons and Royal Traders in India. Later , they formed Shahi Textiles , Sambros , Golden Jute Company and S.Abdul Mabood & Brothers in former East Pakistan (Bangladesh)
Finally , in 1973 Shahi Textiles , Sambros group, Aizizco Textiles & Akhter Brothers was established in Pakistan.

Today Shahi Textiles , under the managemetn of the next generation comprising of Nasim Ahmed -- Chief Executive , S. Ali Ahmed -- Managing Director  and M.Muzzammil Husain -- Executive Director is recognized as a highly reputable organization in terry towels and allied products , manufacturing reliable and immaculate quality products for the world .An excellent manufacturing set up caters a wide range of products in Institutional , Retail and Industrial Textiles & Apparel . These comprise of Hospital Supply , Home Textile , Laundry  etc.

Shahi Textiles is acknowledge accordingly to the global standards of ISO 9002 and provides greater value to buyers through value based management , focused on enhancing quality of products and cultivating advanced technologies for all.

The company war presented Arch of Europe Europe Gold Star Award for International Quality by the committee of J * Ban Imagen during celebration of Arch of Europe Award Gala Ceremony in Spain.
